Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Because all products sold on gggplatforms.com are digital software products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been delivered to your account. If you wish to cancel an order before delivery has been completed, please contact us immediately at support@gggplatforms.com.

2. Subscription Cancellation

If you have subscribed to any recurring service or subscription-based product, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@gggplatforms.com or by managing your subscription through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the subscription service until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

3. Free Trial Cancellation

If a product offers a free trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period automatically.

5. Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us to verify the cancellation was received.
