Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Digital Products Refund Policy

All products sold on gggplatforms.com are digital software products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final upon delivery. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer the following refund provisions:

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

– The product is materially different from its description on our website.
– The product contains critical defects that prevent its core functionality and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
– You were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge.
– The product was not delivered to your account after purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

– The refund request is made more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
– The buyer has downloaded, accessed, or used the digital product beyond initial verification.
– The buyer simply changed their mind or no longer needs the product.
– Incompatibility with the buyer’s systems that was clearly documented in the product requirements.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing brad@gggplatforms.com with the subject line “Refund Dispute – [Order Number]”. We will review your case within 5 business days and provide a final determination. We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, we will provide all relevant transaction documentation to the payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and further action as permitted by law.
